Upcoming Events - July 2017

The summer is starting to shape up to be busier than expected! I have two exciting events coming up later this month, both at the Arlington Museum of Art in Arlington, TX. Hope you can join for one or both.
First up, the closing reception to my latest art exhibit, "I've Just Seen a Face," is happening on Friday, July 21st from 7-9pm in the museum's Rooftop Gallery. The event is free and open to the public, so feel free to bring a friend or three. Join me for good art, great music and some light refreshments. The show officially closes on August 9th. Do be sure to stick around for the incredible Milton Greene "Women" photo exhibit in the main floor gallery!
Next up, I'm hosting July's "Art Uncorked" event at the AMA, which pairs art making with the fine art of drinking wine! Space is limited to 25 spots and will cost ya $45.00 (which includes your refreshments and all supplies needed for my workshop.) I'll be teaching patrons about screen printing, giving a brief history of Pop Art, and will show you how to create your very own pop art to take home and enjoy. "Art Uncorked" is Saturday, July 29th from 7-9pm. (Hurry, I'm told the event typically sells out quickly, so if you wish to attend, you better jump on it!)
As always, I'm working on this or that and I'm never sure where the work will lead. I'll post additional news/updates when available.
