New In The Studio - July 2018 (Part II)

After a few months and a few abstract paintings under my belt later, I've finally added an 'Abstract' section to the gallery on the website. You'll now be able to see all of the Pop, Abstract, Collage and Serigraphs in one place.

I'm quite happy with the direction things are going with my art, lately. I probably haven't experimented like this since high school. Naturally, the art has to progress and mature, as well as the artist, so it is only fitting that my tastes and directions change over time. I like the notion of this being a sort of 'David Bowie Re-invention' stage of my art career.

So far, I have some personal success with the abstract work, but I'd like to see that translate to some commercial success, too. Guess we'll just have to wait and see.

Anyhow, I'm about to cram in a crap-ton of new work before the end of summer, so wish me luck. Here's to not burnin' the candle at both ends for too long.
