Collage On the Go...

I've had this old first aid travel kit tin for years, and I thought I'd do something useful with it. I decided to make it turn it into my travel collage-making kit.

Instead of bandages, gauze, and antiseptic wipes, the tine now contains paper, pencil, baggie of pre-determined collage-making scraps, glue stick, and of course, my trusty date stamper to finish off each piece.

The tin is small enough to fit snugly in a coat or back pocket, and will be useful when sitting at cafes sipping tea. I like the baggie of pre-determined paper scraps, too. Having a limited pallet forces me to be creative with what I have. Who knows, I may find some interesting bits of paper scraps while out traveling and can add to the arsenal. I'll be curious to see what I come up with while out on the road. I'm sure I'll share the goods on the IG account soon.
